Kelly Robertson
Kelly is a Registered Social Worker.
Kelly works with adults, teens and children (ages 12 and up). Kelly can help those experiencing anxiety, depression, concussion issues, relationship difficulties, and difficulty adjusting to life transitions.

I work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, using strategies from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I have significant experience working with individuals experiencing panic attacks, and experiencing Post Concussion Syndrome. I am also knowledgeable about depression treatment/interventions, and relationship skills and strategies.
I focus on making therapy an accessible and impactful experience for you. I believe in the power of simplicity and small, actionable changes that can lead to significant results. Our journey together will revolve around practical strategies that fit into your daily life.
