At our practice, we specialize in working with teens by using practical, evidence-based strategies that connect with them where they’re at (CBT, DBT, EFT, etc). We understand the challenges of reaching a teen who may not always want to talk or may not know how to express what they’re feeling.
Our goal is to build trust and create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their emotions and behaviours. We also believe in the importance of involving parents in the plan making process.
